Focused on shipping useful things
Most of the work here started as a personal itch - a lease calculation that should have been simpler, a stack of QR codes that needed printing, a GPA formula nobody wanted to redo by hand. That pattern holds: find a small, real problem, and build the smallest tool that solves it cleanly. Currently focused on full-stack TypeScript work with Next.js and React, alongside Python for quick, practical utilities.

Product authentication platform
A full product-authentication platform built around QR verification: batch code generation, counterfeit reporting, multi-tenant organizations and business users, admin controls, OTP/2FA, and audit logging. The most architecturally ambitious project so far.
Invoice & ERP System
Full-stack invoicing for Orgalaser
An internal ERP handling customers, products, invoices, quotations, and payments end to end - PDF generation, dashboard analytics, and barcode support included. Built to replace manual, spreadsheet-driven invoicing.
Digital Invitations
Wedding invitation platform
A complete digital wedding-invitation system covering the full lifecycle - inquiry, admin creation, demo, revisions, payment, publication, expiry. Supports bilingual Sinhala/English invitations, countdowns, maps, and WhatsApp sharing.
Orgalaser Group Website
Company marketing site
The current marketing website for Orgalaser Group of Companies, including a contact flow with transactional email and rate limiting to keep it spam-resistant.
Cutting & Hologram Site
Business-unit website
A dedicated site for Orgalaser's cutting and hologram business line, built to give that side of the company its own web presence separate from the main corporate site.
Delivery Note System
AI-assisted desktop tool
A PyQt6 desktop application that reads invoice PDFs, uses Claude to extract customer and order details, calculates label quantities, and generates A5 delivery notes automatically - removing a manual data-entry step from fulfilment.
CBC Salary Manager
Bulk payroll file generator
A native Windows app for generating Commercial Bank of Ceylon bulk salary payment files. Supports multiple password-protected company profiles, an employee database, a full Sri Lankan bank/branch directory, and payroll import, review, and export.

A responsive lease calculator for the Sri Lankan market, built to make monthly payments, interest, and total cost transparent instead of buried in a dealer's spreadsheet. Includes a quick comparison table across lease periods and live, slider-driven inputs.

Interactive animated experience
A premium, animation-heavy personal site built as a birthday surprise: an animated gift-box intro, a galaxy background with particle effects, a live relationship counter, a photo gallery with lightbox, and a memory timeline with confetti. The most visually ambitious frontend work here.

Batch QR generation & print layout
A Python utility that turns a plain text list of entries into a ready-to-print PDF sheet of QR codes - built for the tedious, repetitive job of labelling stock or assets in bulk without touching a design tool.
GPA_Cal
GPA calculator with UI
A small desktop tool for calculating GPA, built to spare classmates the yearly ritual of re-deriving the formula in a spreadsheet. Simple UI, straightforward math, no accounts required.
